Additional job tasks for the qualified person would include hand picking of trash, changing trash cans and picking trash from bushes and landscape beds.

No experience is necessary.  You will receive training covering all aspects of your job.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Insurance requires a MVR check and must approve applicants driving record.
• Operators work alone on parking lots at shopping centers, office complexes, restaurants, and retail centers.
• Operators work all weather conditions. Rain, snow, extreme heat and cold do not prevent us from running routes.
• Sometimes this job can be messy and you will get dirty.
• Porter shifts are 10 hours long and are from 5am until 3pm.
• Operators must get out of the truck numerous times (50 – 100) to do blower work using handheld or backpack blower, empty trash cans and pick up trash.
• Operators must be able to be on their feet for long periods of time and be able to lift or exert force up to 50 lbs.
• You must know and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the Memphis, North Mississippi area.
• Being consistently on time is a must.
• You must have reliable transportation to work.
• Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test.  Random testing is also done including testing if an operator is involved in an accident, damages a truck or is injured on the job.
